Wow, that is really nice- I would love it if we had a local organic produce co-op! Currently, we have to drive 1.5 hours to our organic co-op. Lucky you! I love your blog btw! :-)
You can set one up in your area! It isn't that hard. You find lcoal farmers willing to work with your group wholesale. Get a group going on meetup.com. I can help you if you need! Every community needs this!
