Your thoughts about love totally resonate with me :) I think that I caught a glimpse of the change in your life that you have been going through in the last one and a half year - and it's feels great and I'm so happy for you about that. Thanks for sharing - it's easier to pass on a link to your video than it is to put these thoughts into words myself :)

Lori, you are a beautiful person... and I say that because today after hearing your video's i think i saw a glimpse of what was in your soul. I personally have gone through similar things as you, and most recently i have had to leave my husband and home, bringing two small children (a 1 year old boy, and 2.5 year old girl) with me. I too have struggled with insecurities, self-esteem and co-dependance... even total dependance on a person. Funny how going raw starts a whole revolution inside your mind and heart. I have gained a backbone, learned what real LOVE really is, realised i have beauty, i AM beauty with all my faults, insecurities, scars, and failures. A work of art. Step back, zoom out and perspective gives us the realization that all those things contribute to our beauty. I love your words... your video resonated magically with me.

Question for you... as a woman who is young and beautiful and yet very aware of my own looks I found it freeing to present myself to the world without the mask of makeup. Not to show people that looks don't matter or do matter, but to show myself that my beauty can be given to the world through my eyes, my heart, my actions. I think you may find it totally freeing and will probably get many compliments on it. Would you do a video for us "Lori, in the raw", without makeup?

Your make up is beautiful and your soul still shines through. Make up can't hide who we are unless we let it. ;)

Thank you Lori. This has been an issue I feel is coming up more and more in my life now. I don't know what I'm going to do with all of this, but you have helped me to be aware that the path that's scary to me is the path that I feel compelled to walk. Love is the way to live.
