My children LOVE when I make banana "ice cream" for them. I blend mine in a food processor with an s-blade and it creams perfectly :)
I never thought about using bananas to make ice cream. Duh! I use them in my smoothies all the time. I know the kids and hubby would love this with cacao. Thanks for the great idea.
Yum! Huge fan of banana ice cream over here, too! I love adding Raw carob to it, chopped nuts, sometimes other fruit. Mmmm... okay, I'm drooling now and off to get some frozen bananas out of my freezer! :)
