You are positively GLOWING Lori, and you look GREAT!!! Congratulations!!

Did you follow any special eating plan or just listen to your body?

Do you still eat vegan? I've been curious about that!! It seems a lot of raw foodies end up coming back to animal food. (I have too!)

Holy cow, your comment about your body being the one materialistic item you take with you from birth to death really struck a nerve! Great thought!!! You are right! Why do we take care of other items in our lives but neglect our bodies? Thanks Lori...

Inspire to Act is Right! Woooohooo - you are smokin' hot, Sister! Thanks for your willingness to put it out there and to show the world how good it can feel to be at home in your own skin! That is a beautiful thing and you are radiating LIGHT from the inside out!
Love to you-

I like how you live as if your body is your temple.

An attitude of gratitude, body and all, can go a long way for making the most of what you've got.

@ Rachel- THANK YOU!!!!! I am listening to my body AND I am eating very clean, green, and lean! ;)

I do eat predominantly vegan minus honey. Occasionally I will have goat cheese or an egg, but it is VERY little. I am not a freak about it, but I do feel a difference when I eat it.

I know alot of raw foodies aren't raw anymore. I was never 100% for a very long period of time. I have been high raw for a long time and I eat higher raw in the warm months and less raw in the winter months, but I do prefer to stay off grains & beans and keep it to produce.

No problem, it's always great to compare old photos and celebrate the success! You have achieved some incredible results. Losing 20 or so pounds is AWESOME. You've inspired me to try out Yoga. Have my first class tomorrow, looking forward to it! Thank you!
