Mission

My life mission is to move from a state of inspiration into action. I found that I lived in my head and didn't use focus and attention to actually see many of my dreams manifest. My goal is to follow my heart and intuition in the direction of my dreams knowing I am being guided.

My mission with this site is to inspire you to act in ways that are worthy of you. Educate, expose, & inform you on the various health, personal growth and relationship topics. Ultimately, I want to inspire people to improve their lives & health so that they may raise their vibration, consciousness, & energy to do good and feel good.

I have always kept a journal and I consider this blog to be an extension of my personal journal. I enjoy sharing the stages of my life and what I am doing. In sharing my life publicly I am really defining myself, holding myself accountable, and perhaps inspiring others to walk in their life direction.

I feel compelled to save you the suffering I once endured. I write this to my family with their children and to my friends. It hurts me to see my loved ones suffering out of misinformation. I post it publicly so that my family and extended friends have access to this information 24/7.

This is my gift, this is how I show my love. If I have any experience that I have learned from that can save anyone else the suffering I have lived, then that is my gift. I don't like seeing anyone going through the pains I have. My goal is to provide solutions that worked for me from my own experience.

We all want to experience life to the fullest. We want to grow, share and shine. I love the essence of "The 8th Habit" which is to find my voice and inspire others to find their voice and share it. We all have value to give, we all have a message to share. In being myself and sharing my life it is humbling to know that others may be inspired and empowered to do the same.
